We're currently experiencing an SSL outage issue, which may cause errors in your mail software or device such as "Cannot Verify Server Identity". The issue has been identified and our technicians are working on implementing a resolution for affected customers.
Once we have completed work this will fix the issue without any action required by you.
If your iOS device is repeatedly displaying the error, you can disable SSL on your email by following these steps: https://go.ministryofdesign.com.au/knowledgebase/48/Disabling-SSL-in-Apple-iOS.html. Once resolved, you should switch SSL back on.
